Pokemon Reborn Pirate Au Rough Sketch: Poison ship

Anyways, this Au was inspired by lack of sleep, a little bit of Nostalgia Critic (Specifically this video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=IpjqOn… ), And listening constantly to this particular song: www.youtube.com/watch?v=T5NAop…

You can just SMELL the stench of stupidity, but dammit I love this AU.

SO BASICALLY, to explain this AU:

 ALL 18 GYM LEADERS are privateers while the Elite are Noble men/women.

 The first mates are the replacement gym leaders in Reborn (IE: Fern replaces Florinia as the Grass Type Gym leader if something happens to her.)

 Cain, while he's first mate aboard his sister's ship, could care less about the job and basically sings and annoys his sister. Sometimes he takes off on his own to explore by himself, so he's virtually useless and a real pain.

 Fern (I'll draw him later) Is kind of like Barbossa from Pirates of the Caribbean, but which much less courtesy.

 Team Meteor is a Pirate army, much like in Pirates of the Caribbean, but much more sinister and merciless.

 POKEMON DO NOT EXIST BUT THEY ARE HINTED AT AS DECORATIONS ON THE SHIPS. I wanted this Au to be more piratey (Because dammit what are pirates without swords and guns?), but still true to the source material. This was the compromise I came to.

 The colors (like the Jolly Roger) each privateer ship flies is the respective badge. (IE: Grass badge for Grass ship, Water badge for Water ship, etc.) Whereas the Colors Team Meteor flies is whatever their symbol is.

If you have any other suggestions for this Au or anything, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. I'm going to use this AU to practice drawing outfits and perspectives and angles for a while, since I like how this rough sketch came out, so I REALLY want requests for this!
